Bilaketa-karpetak sortzea

  1. If you have not utilized search folders before, enable Edit ▸ Preferences ▸ Mail Accounts ▸ Search Folders.

  2. Click Edit ▸ Search Folders, or click Message ▸ Create Rule and select the criterion the search folder will be based on, or if you have run a search, click Search ▸ Create Search Folder From Search….

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter a name in the Rule name field.

  5. Define the conditions for the rule. For each condition, you first select which part of the message will be checked and then define the comparison.

    For more information on the available conditions see Available Search Folder conditions.

  6. If you want to define multiple conditions, define under Find items if any or if all conditions have to apply, and click Add Condition and repeat the previous step.

  7. Select which folders will be used for the search folder in the section Search Folder Sources. Options are:

    • Karpeta lokal guztiak:

      Bilaketa-karpetaren iturburu gisa karpeta lokal guztiak erabiltzen ditu, hautatutako karpeta indibidualez gain.

    • Urruneko karpeta aktibo guztiak:

      Zerbitzariarekin konektatuta zaudenean, urruneko karpetak aktibotzat jotzen dira; posta-zerbitzariarekin konektatuta egon behar duzu bilaketa-karpetak iturburu horretako mezuak har ditzan, hautatutako karpeta indibidualez gain.

    • Karpeta lokal eta urruneko karpeta aktibo guztiak:

      Bilaketa-karpetaren iturburu gisa karpeta lokal eta urruneko aktibo guztiak erabiltzen ditu, hautatutako karpeta indibidualez gain.

    • Zehaztutako karpetak bakarrik:

      Uses individual folders for the search folder source. In this case, click the Add to select folders.

  8. Egin klik Ados botoian.
