Using a Google address book

To add such an address book to Evolution, perform the following steps:

  1. Click File ▸ New ▸ Address Book.

  2. Select the type Google.

  3. Enter a name that you prefer.

  4. Choose if you want to be able to view the content also when being offline.

  5. Enter your Google username.

  6. Choose Use a secure connection if you want to connect securely.

  7. Click OK.

The address book will be added to the list of address books in Evolution.
